As one steps through the entry gate, you realize that you are standing on a pond. The water is flowing over the edges. You look through the Grand Lanai, dividing the house into two structures, and see the pool with water flowing over the edge. And in the distance is the Pacific….with its water flowing over the edge. With that grand concept, this home began. The unique program included not only the needs of the client…but of their 5 dogs. How to create a secure area that afforded them maneuverability and safety. Additional requirements were space for an organic farm and the implementation of sustainable energy sources.
